General terms and conditions

Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers provided by Zentrum der Frau by Esther Janssen, in particular individual treatments, premium full-body rituals, tantra massage courses for couples / private courses, sound journeys, rituals, three-session programmes, vouchers and shop offers, as well as to all agreed appointments, regardless of whether they are arranged via the online booking system or in person, by telephone or through another means of communication.

By making a binding booking for a service or placing an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time the contract is concluded, as well as the corresponding payment, rescheduling and cancellation conditions.

I provide my services with due care.

Each client bears full personal responsibility for their own actions. It is up to you to decide which type of individual sessions you attend and how you deal with your experiences.

All insurance coverage (illness, accident, liability, cancellation) is the responsibility of the client. Any liability claims against Zentrum der Frau by Esther Janssen are excluded.

Zentrum der Frau by Esther Janssen makes no promises of healing and accepts no liability for the results of any treatments or for any information or advice clients receive during a session.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Zentrum der Frau by Esther Janssen accepts no responsibility for their content, services or other offers, or for their compliance with data protection regulations. You access any such links at your own responsibility.

Physical and Emotional Reactions

Bodywork, touch, sound and rituals may trigger physical or emotional reactions. You determine the pace and boundaries of your session at all times.

My work is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment.

Self-Determination, Consent and Intimate Touch

You decide at all times which forms of touch you wish to receive. Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and the treatment may be paused, modified or ended at any time.

Intimate touch is never a prerequisite or an automatic part of a treatment and takes place only if you expressly wish it.

Special Elements of the Premium Treatment

Depending on the individual arrangement, the Premium Treatment may include additional rituals and elements such as the Yoni Womb Wisdom Ritual, Yoni Steaming, a Yoni Egg Ritual, sauna, and other heat and body rituals. Not every element is automatically included in every treatment. The selection depends on the offer booked, the time available and your personal wishes.

Please inform me before the treatment of any allergies, intolerances or health circumstances that may be relevant to the additional elements you have chosen, particularly when cacao, fragrances or essential-oil products are used, as well as in connection with sauna and intense heat. If you have any health concerns or uncertainties, appropriate medical advice should be sought in advance.

You decide for yourself which of these additional elements you wish to use.

Yoni Womb Wisdom Ritual

The Yoni Womb Wisdom Ritual is a voluntary, body-oriented and spiritual ritual. Depending on the individual arrangement, Yoni Steaming and/or a Yoni Egg Ritual may form part of it.

Yoni Steaming

Yoni Steaming is a steam bath for the intimate area and is offered in my practice as a ritual of self-care, body awareness and conscious connection with your womb space.

Yoni Steaming will not be performed during pregnancy, in cases of acute gynaecological complaints, infections, unexplained bleeding, pain, injuries, open wounds, recent operations or procedures in the intimate or pelvic area, or in the event of other health concerns or uncertainties; alternatively, appropriate medical advice should be sought in advance.

If you have known allergies or intolerances to individual herbs or ingredients in the herbal blend used, please inform me before Yoni Steaming. The relevant herbs will not be used in such cases.

Yoni Steaming will not be performed during menstruation. The remainder of the treatment may take place as agreed; other suitable elements of the session may be chosen instead.

Yoni Egg Ritual

Vaginal use of the Yoni Egg is never a prerequisite. The Yoni Egg may also be held in the hands, placed on the abdomen or womb space, incorporated into a meditation or intention, or used symbolically.

A new and unused Yoni Egg is used for each client. Before use, the egg is prepared in accordance with the provider’s care and cleaning instructions. After the ritual, you take your personal Yoni Egg home with you. It will not be reused for another client.

If you choose vaginal use, you insert and remove the Yoni Egg yourself. I do not undertake either insertion or removal.

Vaginal use will be avoided during pregnancy, in cases of acute gynaecological complaints, infections, pain, injuries or health concerns or uncertainties; alternatively, appropriate medical advice should be sought in advance.

Booking and Payment

All agreed appointments are binding, regardless of whether the booking is made via the online booking system or in person, by telephone or through another means of communication.

When booking, you may choose whether to pay directly online or on site at your appointment.

For online payment, the payment methods offered in the booking system at the relevant time are available to you, in particular credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

If you use Klarna, Klarna’s payment terms also apply. Klarna individually determines which payment options are available to you and displays them during the payment process. The payment agreement and all further payment processing take place directly between you and Klarna. Any instalment or partial payment agreed through Klarna does not constitute an instalment payment agreement between you and Zentrum der Frau by Esther Janssen.

External payment service providers may be used for online payments. Their respective contractual and data protection terms also apply to the processing of payments.

On site, you may pay by:

• TWINT
• Credit or debit card

The selected payment method has no effect on the binding nature of your appointment booking.

Special Conditions for Three-Session Programmes

The three-session programme comprises three treatments of 5 hours each and is offered as a single treatment package. The three treatments must be used within four months from the date of the first treatment. An interval of approximately 2–4 weeks between appointments is recommended.

You are responsible for reserving your follow-up appointments in good time within this period. A late appointment reservation does not generally extend the validity period.

Known holidays or longer absences may be taken into account when scheduling appointments. If communicated in good time, the validity period of the three-session programme may be extended accordingly. This applies both to your absence and to my own.

If the three-session programme cannot be completed within the intended period due to a prolonged illness, the validity period may be extended accordingly upon presentation of a medical certificate.

The general cancellation and appointment rescheduling conditions in these Terms and Conditions apply to the individual appointments within the three-session programme. Rescheduling an appointment does not generally extend the validity period of the three-session programme.

The three-session programme is generally personal and may not be transferred to another person unless expressly agreed otherwise. Cash payment or reimbursement for unused treatments is excluded.

Vouchers

Vouchers may be issued either for a specific treatment or course or as a value voucher for a specified monetary amount.

In the case of a value voucher, the recipient may generally decide which offer available at the time of redemption they wish to use the voucher for.

If a service specifically stated on the voucher is subsequently changed or is no longer offered, a suitable solution will be sought together on the basis of the existing voucher value, unless other conditions were agreed at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations are accepted in writing only (email: info@zentrum-der-frau.ch, SMS and WhatsApp: +41 79 829 85 77).

For later cancellations, the reserved treatment will be charged in full, as the corresponding treatment time was reserved exclusively for you and kept available.

If you are unable to attend due to illness, the full charge may exceptionally be waived upon presentation of a medical certificate. In this case, an administrative fee of CHF 200.– will be charged. The medical certificate does not need to state a diagnosis.

If you are unable to attend your appointment at short notice, you may, by prior arrangement, nominate a suitable replacement person. If the reserved treatment time can be fully rebooked either by your replacement person or by me, this will be taken into appropriate account when determining the cancellation fee.

Menstruation

Menstruation is not an obstacle to receiving a massage and is not a reason to cancel; on the contrary, this sensitive and open phase of the female cycle can often allow a deep connection with yourself. Soft Comfort tampons are available to you.

Appointment Rescheduling

Up to 48 hours before your appointment, you can reschedule your appointment yourself online. You will find the relevant link in the booking confirmation sent to you by Shore by email after you arrange your appointment. You can use this link to select a new available appointment.

Within 48 hours before the appointment, you can no longer reschedule the appointment yourself; from that point onward, the cancellation conditions set out above apply.

Cancellation of an Appointment by Me

If I have to cancel an agreed appointment myself for health, organisational or other important reasons, I will offer you an alternative appointment where possible.

If no suitable alternative appointment can be found, any payments already made for the service I have not provided will be refunded.

Any further claims in connection with the cancellation are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to Prices and Offers

I reserve the right to further develop my range of services and to adjust services, content and prices for future bookings.

A subsequent change in price or offer does not generally alter, with retroactive effect, the terms of a contract that has already been concluded.

For treatment packages already purchased, the conditions agreed at the time of purchase or the special provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply.

For vouchers, the voucher value paid at the time of purchase remains valid. If the voucher is redeemed at a later date and the price of the selected treatment or course has increased in the meantime, the voucher value will be credited against the current price. The price difference must be paid upon redemption.

Product Information

The products presented and described on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure diseases and are not a substitute for medical care or treatment.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular for appointment booking, communication, payment processing and the provision of my services.

Where external booking and payment service providers are used, their data protection provisions also apply.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for future bookings.

For bookings already concluded, the version of the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of booking generally applies.

Applicable Law and Final Provisions

Swiss law applies.

Mandatory statutory provisions remain reserved.

If any individual provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
