My Method
My work has evolved over many years from my experience with bodywork, tantra, and spirituality, as well as from accompanying hundreds of women. From this, I have developed my own way of working: the Janssen Method.
It combines trauma-sensitive whole-body work with the teachings of tantra, unintentional touch, energy work, and spirituality. In doing so, I involve not only the body but also what I perceive energetically and intuitively.
My work also incorporates basic principles that play an important role in trauma-sensitive and trauma-therapeutic work. These include safety, resource orientation, clear boundaries, an individual pace, and the consistent self-determination of the recipient.
Mindfulness, meditative presence, and unintentional touch form the central guidelines of my work. For me, touch is not a functional technique, but a form of encounter that can involve physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
My method follows no fixed pattern. Depending on the woman, the situation, and what emerges during the treatment, different elements of my work can come together.
From tantra comes the attitude of encountering the body mindfully, without judgment, and without a specific goal. Touch does not have to achieve anything, and you do not have to perform. You are allowed to receive, perceive, and determine for yourself what feels right for you.
Safety, self-determination, and clear consent are central foundations of my work. You determine your pace and your boundaries. Touch, especially in the intimate area, only takes place with your express consent. You can change or withdraw this at any time.
I work slowly and individually. Gentle whole-body touch, breath, holding positions, and the conscious perception of physical reactions can be part of the treatment. Emotional reactions are allowed space without anything having to happen or be achieved.
I work with my intuitive and spiritual perception and understand the body as an energetic whole. Aura and chakra work, kundalini, breath, sound, and rituals can be part of a treatment if it suits you. Which elements flow in arises individually from the moment.
Yoni rituals & other elements
Depending on the treatment, for example, singing bowls, drums, incense rituals, shamanically inspired sweat ceremonies, cacao and fragrance rituals, as well as yoni rituals such as yoni steaming or yoni egg rituals can be part of our time together. They are not a fixed program, but possibilities within my work.
My trauma-sensitive whole-body work is aimed at women who want to reconnect more consciously with their body, their sensations, and their sensuality.
Women who have experienced stressful experiences, boundary violations, or sexual abuse also find their way to me. Especially here, a mindful approach to boundaries, self-determination, and a slow, individual pace are particularly important to me.
My work can also be interesting for you if you suffer from severe tension or stress, have difficulties with your body awareness or self-acceptance, or want to reconnect more strongly with your sensuality and body joy.
I repeatedly experience how women experience deep relaxation through this form of bodywork, develop more trust in their bodies again, and find a new access to their sensuality and body joy. Women also report to me more inner peace, a more conscious perception of their boundaries, and a stronger sense of self-determination.
Bei akuten psychischen Krisen oder wenn du unsicher bist, ob meine Behandlung in deiner aktuellen Situation für dich geeignet ist, empfehle ich dir eine vorgängige ärztliche oder psychotherapeutische Abklärung.
My attitude is characterized by safety, transparency, and mindfulness. For me, working in a trauma-sensitive way means respecting a person’s history and boundaries and not assuming I know what the body needs. Every step takes place only with consent; the procedure is slow and individually tailored.
Before the bodywork begins, we talk about your wishes, needs, and boundaries and agree on clear ways for you to give me feedback during the treatment. I accompany you attentively and perceive how you react to touch. You can pause, change something, or say no at any time. This applies especially to touch in the intimate area.
Especially after experiences of boundary violation or abuse, it can be important that touch does not just happen, but can be consciously chosen. The focus of my work is therefore your self-determination and the opportunity to perceive and express your own boundaries, needs, and decisions throughout the entire treatment.
My trauma-sensitive whole-body work does not replace psychotherapy or trauma therapy, but can take place as a supplement to psychotherapeutic processes. It opens up a physical and spiritual access that can complement therapeutic support.
By now, I have massaged and accompanied almost 800 women. Much of what I perceive today about the yoni as a healing and energy portal—and what I let flow into my work—has grown out of these many encounters, my experience in bodywork, and my own perception.
