At the heart of it is an approximately two-hour full-body treatment according to the Janssen method. The full session also includes time to arrive, a personal pre- and post-session conversation, and time to feel into it, and integrate.

The process isn’t rigid. Depending on whether it’s your first time with me, whether we already know each other, and what you need that day, the focus can shift. For example, there may be more time for bodywork, sound, or other elements of my work.

Especially if you are not yet familiar with me and my work, this treatment offers you the opportunity to get to know my form of full-body work in peace.

What does a full-body treatment with me look like?

Ankommen & Vorgespräch

I welcome you to my practice and we sit down in the consultation room with a cup of tea or a glass of water. We clarify concerns, boundaries, wishes, possible triggers, and your desired pace. Together, we also agree on a code word or hand signal that you can use to give me feedback at any time during the treatment.

If this is your first visit, we will take more time for this discussion accordingly. If we already know each other, the arrival time can be shorter, allowing more time for the bodywork.

Ritual of consent

Before we begin the bodywork, we confirm together one of the most important principles of my work:

You are safe. You decide. Everything is voluntary.

Preparation for bodywork

Before the bodywork, you can shower in my client bathroom. Fresh towels and high-quality care products are available for you, so you don’t need to bring anything.

Afterwards, you will put on a lunghi, a large cloth that you can tie around your body. It will be removed during the treatment.

Spirituelle Ganzkörpermassage

I will accompany you to the treatment room, where a pre-warmed mattress awaits you. After a joint spiritual starting ritual, the trauma-sensitive full-body work begins.

For me, the focus of the full-body massage is the body’s flow of energy. I also work with the seven main energy centers, the chakras, and understand the body not just physically, but as an energetic whole.

Elements of Tantra massage combine with slow, non-intentional full-body touch, holding positions, breath and mindfulness impulses, sound, and my energetic and spiritual perception. There is no fixed sequence: I perceive how you react to the touch and adapt my work to you and the respective moment.

Intimate areas are only touched with your express consent. Before such a touch takes place, I will ask for your consent again.

You may pause, change something, or end the treatment at any time. Your ‘no’ is sacred. Your ‘yes’ is as well.

During the treatment, we speak as little as possible so that you can engage with your body, your sensations, and what arises within you. Occasionally, I may ask how you are feeling or give you small impulses. You can answer with a few words or our previously agreed-upon hand signals.

Some women experience a state of deep relaxation during the treatment, which can feel similar to a twilight sleep. Others perceive their body, feelings, or inner images particularly intensely. There is nothing you have to experience or feel.

Klang als Teil meiner Arbeit

Sound is an important part of my Janssen full-body treatment. With singing bowls and other sounds, I accompany you during the bodywork and give you space to move more from thinking into feeling.

In my experience, sound can help you settle deeper into stillness and engage with your own perception. For me, sound has both a spiritual and energetic dimension and can accompany the treatment on this level.

At the end of the bodywork, you have time to remain in peace for a moment and slowly arrive back in the here and now.

Nachbereitung & Nachgespräch

We conclude the full-body massage with a joint spiritual ritual. Afterwards, you can shower again and dress in peace.

Afterwards, we sit down together again in the consultation room. You can talk about your sensations, inner images, or insights, and I can share with you what I perceived energetically and spiritually during the treatment.

From my experience with hundreds of treatments, I also know that not everything has to be put into words immediately. Sometimes less is more, and the experience can simply be allowed to resonate.

If you would like to discuss a specific topic in more detail, you can extend the post-session discussion for an additional fee.

I look forward to accompanying you. In silence. In touch. In your truth.

Frequently asked questions

Your body belongs to you, and you decide at all times what happens to it. Your boundaries, your pace, and your personal experience determine how the touch may unfold. You can pause at any time, change something, decline a touch, or ask for more distance. A no is just as welcome as a yes.

There is nothing you have to achieve, perform, or feel. The slow, mindful touch invites you to listen to your body, to settle, and to notice what feels safe, pleasant, and right for you.

Especially if touch, closeness, or intimacy have been associated with difficult experiences in your life, trauma-sensitive full-body work can create space for a different experience: touch where your self-determination, your boundaries, and your own feelings are at the center.

Yes. We start more slowly and with more support. You help decide how much touch feels right for you at that moment.

Both are welcome. You don’t have to perform and you don’t have to feel anything specific. We orient ourselves by what you perceive in that moment.

Emotional reactions are also allowed to have space during your session. We can slow down, pause, or change the treatment. You decide at any time what you need in that moment and whether you want to continue.

My trauma-sensitive full-body work is not a substitute for psychotherapy or trauma therapy.

That is individual. Some women experience even a single Full-body treatment according to the Janssen method as an intense and valuable experience. Others desire multiple treatments and find that with increasing familiarity, new levels of their body awareness and personal experience can emerge.

Menstruation is not an obstacle during a massage. Especially in this sensitive phase, it can feel particularly right for some women to take time for their own body. Soft-Comfort tampons are available for you to use if needed.
