Immerse yourself in a profound sound journey (sound bath) that harmonizes body, mind, and soul. I curate the journey—and depending on the event, one of my wonderful friends expands the sonic space.

This sound healing journey / soundbath is more than just relaxation – it is an encounter at heart level, a space where loneliness is broken through, new friendships can develop and healing happens at the deepest level.

* Gemstones are ancient earth history – a testimony to time that has grown over millions to billions of years. In the practice room you are surrounded by large amethyst, rose quartz, rock crystals and many other gemstones that spread high vibrations and radiate a harmonizing energy. Thanks to the cooperation with www.mineralienzentrum.ch, there is also a wonderful amethyst angel wing in the room.

Contraindications for Sound Healing

Epilepsy & neurological disorders, pregnancy (especially in the first trimester), pacemakers or electronic implants, mental illness & severe trauma, acute thrombosis or severe circulatory disorders, open wounds, broken bones or recent operations, very low blood pressure, high sensitivity to sound or vibrations, acute infections or fever. If you are unsure, we recommend consulting a doctor or therapist.

Who we are

Esther – Soundhealer & event initiator

My knowledge of chakras, aura healing, and energy flow merges with the power of sound healing. I hold deep sound spaces where transformation, healing, and connection happen on a heart and soul level. Through touch, intuition, and sound, we co-create healing fields of energy.

I completed my training in therapeutic sound healing with Jelena Keller, founder of Sacred Science™.

Miljka – Soundhealer & Sound & Energy Ceremonies

In this sacred space we act as a channel for powerful, healing vibrations. Through the power of the five elements in the sound journey, we accompany you on a deep inner journey that connects you with your wisdom, intuition and universal energy.

On request, we integrate gentle, mindful touch to transfer the universal energy directly into your energy field. This can help to release blockages, open your heart and create a deeper connection to your essence.

Let yourself be touched by this energetic transmission and feel your body, mind and soul relax in a field of pure frequency, love and light.

Nicole – Shamanic energy work & natural medicine

Nicole has completed a year of shamanic training with plant medicine and brings a powerful, grounding energy to our sessions. Together we hold sound spaces that allow a deep connection to nature and the elements. She works with drums, natural medicine from the Amazon (e.g. sananga, rapé, lotus flowers & ceremonial cacao, incense….) and shamanic healing methods to promote healing, cleansing and grounding.

Rahel – Soundhealer, Therapist & Psychological Astrologer

Rahel is an experienced kinesiologist, hypnotherapist and psychological astrologer with a deep connection to sound healing. Together we hold sound spaces that gently harmonize not only the body but also the subconscious mind. Her hypnotic healing methods and astrological impulses flow into our work to create a holistic experience for body, mind and soul.

🐾 Nuts – our friendly therapy dog & part of the team

My rescue dog from Spain, Nuts, often accompanies me in my practice. He is used to being quiet during my tantra massages, 1:1 sound journeys or massage lessons.

What makes him so special?

He intuitively senses who likes dogs and gives them loving energy.
The practice room is large enough for you to barely notice him.
He has opportunities to retreat and withdraws from the group when it gets too much for him.
If you love dogs, he may lie down next to you and let you cuddle him.

Important: If you have a dog allergy or don’t like dogs, my Sound Healing might not be the right choice for you. Nuts is part of the energy of my practice and is an integral part of our events.
