This represents another significant step in my mission to inspire and motivate people. TOPhoch3, a well-established show broadcast every Saturday on TELE TOP and Sundays on RADIO TOP for the past three years, is a platform where extraordinary personalities share their experiences and insights. My experiences enabled me to share my insights as an expert at “Understanding and mastering trauma”, to which I was invited by Marc Arnold. This was my first time participating in an online congress, for which I spent weeks preparing, as it is a particularly sensitive topic and I want to present my best knowledge.

Awakening Femininity is my second online congress where I didn’t know in advance what questions I would face, only the topic – the transformation of sexual trauma. There was no preparation, but the interview went very naturally because I wasn’t as nervous as I was the first time. I am satisfied with the result and am happy to talk about my work as a tantric masseuse because I love my vocation.

This sensual, loving massage is based on the teachings of Tantra and is a wonderful form of energetic bodywork. It releases blockages and restores the balance of body, mind, soul and heart.

TITLE OF THE LECTURE: FROM WOUNDED TO HEALER: THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF GENTLE TOUCH.
Esther was always a giver who denied her own needs and feelings until she ended up in a severe burnout. Lacking energy and zest for life, she began her healing journey with the help of a psychologist and various spiritual and energetic therapies. But the key to her healing and self-love was the tantric massage classes that finally allowed her to heal her traumas and move forward.
Today, Esther realizes that the terrible experiences she went through have shaped her essence as a therapist. Through her gentle tantra massage, she helps other women to heal their traumas, reconnect with their bodies, get to know their needs and feel self-love.
Although she was told that women are not open to tantra massages, Esther has already massaged 400 women. But her vision goes far beyond that. She has recently started a heart project where she brings together a wide range of therapists and healers to help women who have suffered abuse and have or have had limited financial resources. And it doesn’t stop there…
On the WOMEN’S HUB stage, Esther will share what the world could look like if all women embraced their primal feminine power and what she is doing to make this vision a reality.

🎥😱 Today I wanted to tell you in a video how your first tantric massage can take place in my practice.
I wanted to……and I didn’t make it!⚠️
Why? Because I’m a ✨perfectionist✨. Everything had to be perfect: the light, the camera, my outfit, my hair and, above all, what I said. How do I want to present my company? How do I want to come across? This video should not only be visible for 24 hours like the stories, but should even appear on YouTube and my website.😱
And my perfectionism brought up my insecurities again.
🤔 What if nobody watches the video?
🤔 What if no one gives feedback?
🤔 What if I just start talking without a common thread?
🤔 What if my request doesn’t reach you at all?
This pressure is not good for me. I feel vulnerable and doubt myself. Although I don’t have to!
🤗 Yes, I would like to produce videos for you to give you more insights into my company and my approach.
🤗 Yes, I would like to professionalize my marketing.
🤗 Yes, I’m ready for the next step.
♥️ But not at the expense of my self-love. I’ve decided to shoot my video for you at a later date and reflect on myself for a moment now.
I can do that. I admit my weakness in order to come out stronger and better.💪
